An Executive Head Chef is required to join The Rubens at the Palace Hotel and hotel 41, part of the Red Carnation Hotel collection.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Head Chef to lead a dynamic team of nineteen. You will be managing the kitchen for two restaurants (one having 2AA rosette), an established bar and lounge, room service, banqueting operations and staff canteen of these five and four star properties.

The ideal candidate should currently be working as an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef and must be comfortable to work with a balance of their own creative scope coupled with adherence to company signature dishes. We are ideally looking for an Executive Head Chef with natural leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a good appreciation and understanding of training needs and food hygiene requirements as well as brilliant organisational skills.
