Alexander Dmitriev will conduct the acclaimed orchestra as they perform Rachmaninov's Symphony No 2 and Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, as well as Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis by Vaughan Williams. Accompanying them will be Freddy Kempf, one of the most talented pianists in Britain, who has previously won plaudits for his "dynamic" and "brilliant" rendition of Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.
