Based on Russian folk tales and first performed in 1877, Swan Lake tells the story of Prince Siegfried and his queen Odette, whose love affair comes under threat from sinister supernatural forces that transform Odette into a swan. Famed choreographer Yuri Grigorovich - who was artistic director of the Bolshoi Ballet for more than 30 years - is responsible for creating this new production, with amazing costumes, stunning performance and sumptuous stagecraft all guaranteed.
