Raymond Briggs' classic story of the boy who befriends his snowman and experiences a magical adventure has been a fixture for December television since 1982.

This year, treat the kids to an entirely new perspective on this magical winter tale by taking them to see the live version, which will be playing to packed audiences at Sadlers' Wells in the West End from November 27th until January 5th.

Watch in wonderment as the Snowman and the boy soar across the skies to Aled Jones' rendition of Walking in the Air, on their way to a party with penguins, Jack Frost and Santa Claus himself.

This dance and singing spectacular is suitable for children aged four and upwards, making it the perfect magical family treat if you've got little ones.

Make sure your accommodation is just as suitable - book into The Rubens at the Palace Hotel with the Kids Go Free deal, which includes access to a games console for the children and unlimited in-room movies.
