Richly embroidered fabrics and large comfortable armchairs compliment the intimate atmosphere of our 2 AA Rosette Library Restaurant. Here you can enjoy award-winning English and international cuisine accompanied by the finest of wines. Our Restaurant Manager will be happy to offer a free tasting of our Bouchard Finlayson collection of wines from South Africa.
Signature dishes such as our whole grilled Dover Sole with chive and butter sauce are a firm favourite and all our dishes are prepared using the finest of fresh ingredients. The dishes you find on the menu combine the talents of our Head Chef with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, who has a particular passion for food.
It is also worth pointing out that we own and operate our restaurant facilities and can therefore accommodate any special requests and dietary preferences with a minimum of fuss.
Open from 7:30pm each evening (with last orders at 9.30pm), service is first class, unpretentious and unobtrusive, meaning you can sit back and enjoy your meal - our staff are always available to discuss our menu and make recommendations. We also have a Table d’hôte menu to tempt you.
