As part of a stable Sales team this opportunity is reporting to the Director of Sales. A great product deserves a brilliant team.
The candidate successful in wining this opportunity will have:
• First class communication skills, verbal and non verbal

• The ability to form professional relationships quickly
• Capacity to prioritise work to time critical deadlines
• Ability to construct proposals that will win business
• Prior Luxury Hotel experience and knowledge of Meetings and Events
The Key areas of responsibility are:
• Maximising conversion of enquiries to confirmed business
• Ensuring Events run according to clients expectations and Hotel standards
• Managing the Conference and Events Sales Executive
• Establishing Relationships with clients
• Developing repeat business
• Working with the Hotel Sales team, providing leads for Business Development
• Diary Management and Yielding-Maximising Events Revenue, Controlling levels of non contracted business to maximise availability for new enquiries
• Production & Distribution of Detailed Function Sheets
Career development within the collection for deserving employees is actively encouraged and is supported with excellent training. This role earns a base salary of £20,000 - £25,000 dependent upon skill set and experience. There is a clearly defined, business results related, bonus scheme paid monthly offering a further £440 per calendar month earning capacity. Meals on duty are provided.
