Hotel: The Milestone Hotel

London’s premier boutique hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen team. The Milestone Hotel is a beautiful five red star property located in the heart of London’s Kensington. The Milestone is renowned for its traditional and classical service – a great hotel to develop your career within the kitchen environment.

As the Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:
• Setting up the larder section
• Training junior members of staff
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Section ordering
• General larder organisation

The successful Chef de Partie should have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining catering within a busy 4 or 5-star environment. You should also be fully confident with running all kitchen sections and have gained a qualification in food preparation. You should have the drive to success, passion for cooking, be flexible, hard working and work well under pressure.
