The ideal candidate should:
• Have previous front office supervisory or managerial experience at a four or five-star level
• Have previous experience of leading a professional team to give outstanding service
• Be confident with strong communication skills
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be immaculately presented
Main duties & responsibilities of Reception Manager include:
• Ensuring and maintaining the consistency of standards on reception
• Supervising and controlling the banking and floats of the reception team
• Duty Manager shifts including: key & cash handling, safety deposit boxes
• Covering night shifts when required
• Carrying out fire duties when required
• Ensuring that Front Office team reaches high mystery shopper scores, up selling targets
