The Old Masters Restaurant within the Rubens at the Palace Hotel in London is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the food and beverage team of this beautiful four-star deluxe hotel property. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and leading the restaurant service during breakfast and lunch sittings as well as encouraging up selling opportunities when taking restaurant bookings and guest orders.

As Supervisor you will ensure that the restaurant is set up for service each morning for breakfast and lunch each day.  You will check guest billing ensuring all payments are correctly accounted for and that all room charges are accuratley completed.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills when communicating with guests and colleagues of the hotel restaurant. You should have previous experience at supervisory level within the restaurant environment. You must be able to show commitment and loyalty in your previous roles.

You will have a friendly and polite manner with the ability to  deliver excellent customer service at all times.
