A fantastic opportunity for an Executive Housekeeper to be responsible for a 4star & 5star hotel located on Buckingham Palace Road.
The Rubens at the Palace Hotel a 4 star deluxe property has 143 deluxe guest rooms, eight royal rooms, and ten luxurious suites.
41 Hotel is a 5 star boutique hotel that feels more like atraditional London club than a hotel; it has 30 unique rooms and suites, and won the Trip Advisor’s TravellersChoice Award for 2009.
As Executive Housekeeper you will be responsible for the housekeeping standards in both properties in addition to looking after two apartments, bbar and restaurant both located close to the hotels.
You will have previous experience as Head Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper in a 4star or 5 star, 150 - 200 room property. You will be a Senior manager within the hotel and report directly to the Deputy General Manager.
For both properties we require exceptional standards and you will be responsible for managing a large team to ensure this is achieved on a consistent level. With previous experience of managing a large team, you will oversee training and development, recruitment and co-ordinate daily housekeeping operations.
We would require a candidate to be flexible to work five days between Monday and Sunday. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, fantastic training and development opportunities.
