We are currently recruiting for a professional and self-motivated Reservations Agent who has the right attitude and flair to work within our Reservations Department at The Rubens and 41 Hotels within Red Carnation Hotels.

The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, a 4* property and Hotel 41, a 5* property are situated in Victoria overlooking and Royal Mews. Both hotels have unique style rooms, the Rubens being a 161 rooms hotel including luxury suites and Hotel 41 being a 30 rooms hotel.

As Reservations Agent, you will have an opportunity to work with a highly knowledgeable team and embark on fantastic career opportunities. This is a challenging and exciting role where as a Reservations Agent, you are expected to work efficiently at all times, taking room reservations for these stunning hotel properties in central London.

 
The ideal candidate for Reservations Agent position should have:

• A sales driven attitude, striving to meet departmental targets
• An excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with excellent communication skills
• Be enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
• Be able to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
Previous high standard experience as a Reservations Agent in a hotel reservations team is desirable.

This is a full time role, with shifts varying between 8am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday and some weekends from 9.00am – 5.30pm. In return we offer unrivalled training and development to ensure you excel in your career along with a competitive salary with bonus and benefits package.
