Assistant Restaurant Manager
Hotel: The Rubens at the Palace

Core responsibilities include:
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in running the Restaurant
• Recommending and serving wine
• Maintaining wine list
• Maintaining stock levels
• Staff training
The ideal candidate for the Assistant Restaurant Manager should:
• Have previous experience in a similar role within a 4/5* Hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Have very good knowledge of wine and wine service
• Be well spoken with excellent communication skills
• Have a valid status to work in the UK
• Portray professional standards at all times
We are looking for a friendly person who loves hosting and interacting with people and has good attention to detail. Formal Sommelier qualification is desirable.
