Chef De Partie
Hotel: The Rubens at the Palace

The Rubens at the Palace Hotel accommodates two restaurants offering the finest of traditional cuisine. We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to complete our kitchen team.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:
- Setting up the larder section
- Training junior members of staff
- Maintaining high health and safety standards
- Section ordering
The successful Chef de Partie should have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a busy 4 or 5 hotel or fine dinning restaurant. You should also be fully confident with running all kitchen sections and have gained a qualification in food preparation. You should have the drive to success, passion for cooking, be flexible, hard working and work well under pressure.
