As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for:
• Setting up the larder section
• Training junior members of staff
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Section ordering
The successful Chef de Partie should have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a busy 4 or 5 hotel or fine dinning restaurant. You should also be fully confident with running all kitchen sections and have gained a qualification in food preparation. You should have the drive to success, passion for cooking, be flexible, hard working and work well under pressure.
