Situated in Evershot in the heart of the Dorset countryside close to Dorchester and Yeovil, Summer Lodge Hotel, a member of Relais and Chateaux, is a leading 5* hotel comprising 24 elegant bedrooms and suites, a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and spa, renowned for providing unique levels of personal service.

We are currently seeking a Commis Waiter/ess to join our professional food and beverage team. The ideal candidate would have experience of working within a fine dining restaurant in the same role. Experience of working in a Restaurant with Rosette or Michelin Star accolades is desirable though not essential.

Staff accommodation is available with this position.
