Are you seeking a role that will include meeting and greeting our guests, helping them to enjoy their stay, and assisting them with their enquiries? The guest services role at Summer Lodge may be just for you.

You must have interest in learning about Dorset’s attractions and the hotel’s surrounding area and a desire to delight our guests. Your duties will include greeting guests upon arrival assisting them with their luggage, showing them to their rooms and handling their varied requests.
