Minimum Criteria:

Must have at least 1 years experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star establishment
Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management would be advantageous
Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook – working knowledge of Micros and Opera advantageous
Well presented, and professional
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong command of the English language
Able to work flexible hours
Able to work weekends and public holidays
