The Oyster Box Hotel is one of the region’s icons and most distinguished 5 star hotels. It is set on a large property on Umhlanga’s prestigious beachfront, with tropical landscaped gardens and direct beach access. Just 15km north of Durban, the hotel will offer absolute beachfront luxury and comfort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for extensive supplier liaison, stock control, management of staff etc. Must be sophisticated and have extensive experience in the running and management of a busy upmarket bar. Excellent knowledge of the Industry, products, suppliers is essential. International experience would be an advantage.
We are looking for a well groomed, polished impressive candidate.
Strong Personality with EXCELLENT communication skills
Previous high volume UPMARKET bar management experience
Cocktail bar experience is essential
Ability to work late night shifts
Motivation and drive to market the Bar to the right market
