A TASTE OF GREAT BRITAIN - Throughout the month of May

Throughout the year, chef Daniel Collins will be cooking with classic products, often overlooked, using only seasonal British items from sustainable farming resources that we at the Rubens are proud to support.
This month's Taste of Great Britain will feature Char-grilled Suffolk Salt Marsh Asparagus, soft poached free range egg, watercress and lemon mayonnaise. Alternatively, you can also enjoy New Season Suffolk Salt Marsh Asparagus soup with chervil and sliced country loaf.

To mark the world's biggest celebration of all things flora, we at The Rubens will be having our very own Champagne flowerpot tea. A unique menu created by our pastry chef, Vincent Josse, that is unlike any other afternono tea you have seen. Come and see and taste the pretty flowers in our pretty plant pots!
