Wine Dinner, 29 May: Library Restaurant
Welcome to the inaugural wine dinner at the Rubens. It’s a recipe that’s proved a great success in selected sister Red Carnation hotels: a sumptuous specially created 4-course menu designed to accompany a different wine with each course. Our guest speaker will illustrate and illuminate this our first wine selection, which features some of the outstanding vintages produced by the celebrated Bouchard Finlayson estate in South Africa.
