Our 2 AA Rosette Library Restaurant features richly embroidered fabrics and large comfortable armchairs to complement the intimate atmosphere. Here you can enjoy award-winning English and international cuisine accompanied by the finest of wines. 

Signature dishes such as our whole grilled Dover Sole with chive and butter sauce are a firm favourite and all our dishes are prepared using the finest of fresh ingredients. The dishes you find on the menu combine the talents of our Head Chef with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, who has a particular passion for food. The Library Restaurant is proud to have been awarded 2 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) 2014.
