The dishes you find on the menu combine the talents of our Head Chef with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, who has a particular passion for food. The Library Restaurant is proud to have been awarded 2 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) 2014.
