Signature dishes such as our whole grilled Dover Sole with chive and butter sauce are a firm favourite and all our dishes are prepared using the finest of fresh ingredients. The dishes you find on the menu combine the talents of our Head Chef with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, who has a particular passion for food.
