Taking place at Windsor Castle this spring is an event that may appeal to guests staying at luxury London hotel the Rubens at the Palace.

HRH The Prince of Wales: Sixtieth Birthday Exhibition at Windsor Castle will celebrate the 60th birthday of Prince Charles and is being shown at the royal home where he spent much of his childhood from May 16th 2008 until February 22nd 2009.

Photographs from the Royal Photograph Collection will be included in the exhibition and will document major public events as well as family events in the Prince’s life.

Key events that may interest guests staying at luxury London hotel the Rubens at the Palace will include HRH’s inauguration as Prince of Wales in 1969 as well as his marriages to Lady Diana Spencer in 1981 and the Duchess of Cornwall in 2005.

The births of Princes William and Harry will also be documented in the tribute.

Works of art from the Royal Collection and from Prince Charles’ personal collection will be displayed to order to demonstrate the pursuits which have taken up the Prince’s time over the years.
