Kath is a lonely woman in her 40s who spots a young man named Sloane while out and invites him to become a boarder at her home.

The middle-aged lady is attracted to the handsome youth and makes it clear she is keen to sleep with him.

However, the plot is complicated when her brother Ed enters the fray and becomes attracted to the new visitor, offering him a job as a chauffeur.

To make matters worse, their father takes a strong dislike towards the young man, believing he is involved in an unsolved murder.

What ensues is a tale of attraction, deceit and sibling rivalry, delivered in a dark and suggestive manner.
