British Insurance Design Awards at the Design Museum

Event: British Insurance Design Awards
Date: February 12th until June 14th

Some of the world's most intelligent and interesting pieces of design from across a range of genres will compete for a prize at the Brit Insurance Design Awards taking place in February.

Creative minds from the fields of architecture, fashion, furniture, graphics, interactive and transport will all submit their work for scrutiny from a panel of judges and members of the public in attendance.

Innovative and intriguing designs will be on hand in equal measure, with items such as the Tony Mullin Green Felt Protest Suit in contention for one of the prestigious awards.

Other contenders include Karel Martens and Enrico Bravi's Werkplaatz Typografie Arnhem Oase 74, which is in the running for the Graphic Design category, and the Trek District Bicycle, which has been nominated for the Transport gong.

Creativity will not be confined to just the Design Centre, as after the showcase guests admire the aesthetic beauty of the luxury London hotel the Rubens at the Palace.
