Clarence House Summer Opening

Clarence House is the official residence of the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William and Prince Harry.

The Prince and the Duchess receive official guests from home and abroad at Clarence House, hosting lunches, receptions and dinners welcoming people from all walks of life.

With such important people both living there and visiting it, the interior is of the highest quality and luxury and from early August to the late September members of the public are allowed to see the opulence for themselves.

Visitors are given guided tours of five rooms and adjoining spaces on the ground floor, while they are also given the opportunity to see items from the Royal Collection and pieces from the collection of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.

Many of the rooms retain the ambience created by the Queen Mother and visitors will find many of her cherished works of art in the places she put them.

After seeing such grandeur and elegance those enjoying a tour will be left speechless.
