Event: The Storytelling Season: Gods of Bronze and Iron

Three will be the magic number for families planning a jaunt to London in the next few days.
First of all, they can enjoy 3 Nights of the Price of 2 in a fabulous suite at the luxury London hotel the Rubens at the Palace.
Second, the Unicorn Theatre is offering a triple header of plays delivered by some of the best storytellers in the world.
The first instalment is Viking Myths: Riding the Horse of Odin, which follows Heidi Dahlsveen and Ben Haggarty through a world of wolves, giants and axe blades.
Mum, dad and the kids will learn all about the primal adventures of the Gods and how Saturn, the Sun and the Moon have left their mark on our lives.
A week later and the second instalment begins, with Greek myths the focus of the storytellers' attention.
Snakes and Thunderbolts - The Gods and Goddesses of Mount Olympus will be delivered by performance storyteller Xanthe Gresham, who will tell the tale of Athena, Poseidon, Aphrodite and Ares constantly fight one another when they find a moment between drinking and dancing.
The final third of this theatrical extravaganza will see Clare Muireann Murphy take families to the fantastical world of ancient Ireland.
On the Heels of the Hound is a story of warriors, one-eyed monsters and fairies and how broken promises can change the fate of an entire nation.
