Event: London Literature Festival
Date: July 1st to 15th
Some of the world's most outstanding writers and thinkers will descend upon south London from the beginning of June for one of the capital's most important events.
The London Literature Festival has been bringing the great and the good of the literary world to the UK for two weeks of exploration and debate.
This year promises to be equally exciting, with Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Zizek and Bret Easton Ellis, the man behind American Psycho among those in attendance.
In addition, literary fans can look forward to a contemporary performance of Dante's Inferno, a new production of Moby Dick and the world's first Litweeter Festival.
It all makes for an exciting fortnight's fun and visitors may find themselves rubbing shoulders with some of the literary elite at the luxury London hotel the Rubens at the Palace.
Guests who book the Get More From Your Stay package can look forward to a full English breakfast in addition to either a romantic turndown, a three-course carvery dinner or a bottle of Pink Champagne.
