The Rubens at the Palace offers the perfect location, and all the necessary resources, to create seasonal celebrations that are sure to impress.  Whatever you have in mind our experienced and attentive banqueting team will make everything uniquely memorable and truly enjoyable – trust them to take care of absolutely everything!

Our Christmas Carvery Grill Lunch and Dinner
This is the ideal answer for stylish office parties.  There’s an emphasis on traditional English fare, with a daily choice of Chef’s Specials.  For the convenience of our guests we recommend starters and desserts are pre-ordered for parties of 10 or more. Price per person includes crackers, novelties and festive music. Available daily from Monday 26th November - Friday 21st December from 12.30 - 2.30pm and 5.30 - 8.30pm. Please note that parties of 12 or more may be seated on adjoining tables. Due to service limitation, the Carvery Grill is only available for groups up to 50 people.

Festive party nights
These include the following:

Welcome Reception - for your convenience and comfort we can arrange reception drinks on arrival for your party. For parties of 30 or more we are pleased to offer a private bar in one of our sumptuous banqueting suites.
Exclusive Party Nights - we are pleased to offer exclusive use of the Old Masters Restaurant for groups of between 150 and 250 guests at no extra cost. Please ask about available dates.
Christmas Drinks Packages - why not add some value to your party night, by adding one of our Party Night Packages to your evening.

• Silent Night – Glass of wine, beer or soft drink on arrival, ½ bottle of wine.  £11.50 per person
• Jingle Bells - Glass of wine, beer or soft drink on arrival, ½ bottle of wine, plus house liqueur following dinner.  £13.75 per person
• The Wise Men – Glass of champagne or Bucks Fizz on arrival, ½ bottle of wine, plus house liqueur following dinner.  £15.50 per person
• Snowballs - Glass of champagne or Bucks Fizz on arrival, canapés on arrival, ½ bottle of wine, plus house liqueur following dinner.  £19.00 per person

Exclusive Private Dining
Available for groups of 10 -170 people in one of our delightful private rooms. Four menu options are available on any night of the week and include party hats, crackers, novelties and festive table decoration, plus cocktail reception options. For further details click here

Our Rembrandt, Van Dyke and Jubilee Suites are all fully air conditioned,
purpose-built banqueting suites offering a wide range of festive possibilities
from sophisticated champagne cocktail parties for up to 300 guests to private
dinners for up to 170 guests.

A private bar is available for groups of 25 or more people. Vegetarian and
special dietary alternatives upon request.

Live entertainment and discos can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Please note that there is no room hire charge for parties of 20 or more for
private dining, and 50 or more for cocktail parties.

We also offer finger reception options that include canapés, hot items and buffet selections

• For Christmas party bookings of more than 30 persons, a complimentary meal for two in our Old Masters Restaurant.
• For Christmas party bookings of more than 50 persons, a complimentary room with breakfast for two.
• For Christmas party bookings of more than 100 persons, a complimentary Suite with dinner and breakfast for two in our Old Masters Restaurant.
• For Christmas party bookings of more than 200 persons, a complimentary Suite for 2 nights with breakfast for two in our Old Masters Restaurant, Afternoon Tea in our Palace Lounge, dinner in our AA Rosette Library Restaurant and two tickets for a top London show.

Don’t bother waiting for a taxi, or rushing for that last train - take the elevator home!  Our very special Christmas party rates mean you enjoy your celebration knowing that a good night’s sleep and a hearty breakfast await you! It’s only once a year, after all.  From only £145.00 inclusive of VAT and English breakfast.
