• Lady Hunt

  • For my husband and I, this is our home away from home. We have stayed here for years and will not entertain the thought of staying elsewhere. Malcolm, Lindsay, Nathan, and our Dave are like our family. We are always well cared for and always are quite saddened to leave.

  • Last 1st May was our first day in this extremely cosy, comfortable, nice, luxuaryhotel. All personnel was very helpful all the time! Indeed the hotel is near Buckimgham Palace! And very central! we loved it and certainly we will be back!

  • Stayed 2 nights - 22/23 May and can't speak highly enough of the hotel. Food was superb and every member of staff we met were excellent. Special mention to 'John' the concierge who was especially friendly and helpful. Would recommend the Champagne tea overlooking the mews. Will definitely be back

  • My duughter and I have just spent a weekend, three night stay at the wonderful Rubens. From the moment we walked in to leaving everything was perfect for us. The room, the food and restaurant and the service was excellent. Staff so friendly and only concerned with our getting the best from our stay. We will most certainly be staying on a future visit to London and will be recommending to friends. My daughter who was with me works in the travel industry and will be recommending to customers also. Our kids would always remembered him as the nice smiling gentleman with a hat and green suit! Your hotel's central location in the heart of London, excellent service, and dedicated staff made our stay in London that much more fun and memorable.
