The popularity of whisky shows no sign of abating in 2019, so we thought it high time that we ask Angelo Gobbi, Head Bartender of The Leopard Bar, where he sees the industry heading this year.

Angelo serves a range of 200 whiskies in our Leopard Bar, regaling guests every day with his expert tips, insider knowledge and incredible stories (ask him about the master blender whose nose has been insured for more than £1,000,000).
