Mouth-watering mince pies
Our innovative pastry chef Sarah Houghting has created two distinct mince pies with a twist. The Indian-influenced Gajar Ka Halwa mince pie, made with carrots, sugar, butter, cardamom, cinnamon and saffron, is an exotic take on the classic. The decadent Apple Bramley mince pie, made with cinnamon, ginger, cloves, brown sugar and golden raisins, is served with brandy custard and a streusel topping.
