Far from being just a night-cap or a drink to savour in front of the fire, whisky can be drunk all evening – you just need to know which one to drink, and with what type of food.

“Whisky is such a versatile spirit,” says Angelo Gobbi, Head Bartender at The Leopard Bar. “It can be drunk at any time and matched with any food.”

In our video below, Angelo shares his tips on which food pairs well with Balvenie Doublewood Twelve Year Old, the Oban Fourteen Year Old and Kilchoman.
