Located just around the corner from The Montague on the Gardens, The British Museum has reopened its doors, welcoming visitors back with new and exciting exhibitions. The Twelve Object Trail is suitable for children and pin-points key objects throughout the museum for discovery. Please remember to plan your visit in advance and check opening times, advanced booking is necessary to secure your time slot for a safe and socially distanced visit.

25% off Afternoon Tea

After visiting The British Museum, why not enjoy Afternoon Tea at The Montague? Until the 15th November, you can enjoy 25% off when you book in advance online. Perfect for smaller appetites, the 'Little Prince and Princess Tea' includes jam and peanut butter sandwiches, a cupcake and ice cream, served with a soft drink or hot chocolate. Available Friday to Sunday, between 1pm and 5pm, the tea is perfect for lunch or a late afternoon treat.

This Autumn, the V&A have curated a new family trail which is perfect for children to follow as you explore the museum's free exhibitions. Hardys Sweetshop Afternoon Tea

A popular favourite amongst guests, The Hardys Sweetshop Afternoon Tea is a timeless twist on classic sweets.
