The team delivers a celebration of authentic Indian flavours, meticulously prepared with the finest ingredients and exclusively imported spices from India. The restaurant's intimate and luxuriously comfortable ambiance features Rajasthani hand embroidery and rich red hues, reflecting the vibrant diversity of the dishes served.


The Curry Room takes immense pride in its culinary achievements, holding two esteemed AA Rosettes and earning a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award in 2023. Join us for a transcendent culinary adventure where each dish is a testament to the artistry of Indian cuisine and the dedication to creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Influenced by the rich and diverse tapestry of Indian cuisine, our menus present an array of dishes that showcase the essence of various regional specialties. 

A meticulously curated collection of both old and new world wines enhances the dining experience, with a focus on selections from Bouchard Finlayson, our sister vineyard in South Africa, and popular Indian beers, including Kingfisher and Cobra.

Christmas Day at The Curry Room

Celebrate Christmas Day with a distinctive festive dining experience in The Curry Room at The Rubens at the Palace.

Enjoy a specially curated menu showcasing the vibrant flavours of authentic Indian cuisine, enhanced with an exclusive festive main course, including a luxurious lobster dish created especially for the occasion.

Date: Friday 25th December
Price: Available as a two-course menu for £60 per person, or a three-course menu for £70 per person.
